Since the MembershipProvider's CreateUser method doesn't allow you to send in additional parameters, if the wizard control has an event for successfully creating a new user, then at that time you can call a custom method to add the additional values to your login table.

I need to do this myself. When I get this done, I will post a follow up. Please post how you go about solving this problem as this is a very common problem, and I'm sure there are more people interested in the solution. Good luck.
